Will be doing the end of the year appreciation bbq October 24th for the BFE. Will be at Clyde Holliday Park unless the weather is bad. Contributions towards the scholarships are gladly accepted anytime. Everyone is welcome to the bbq. More details to come when we get closer to the date.

Had a great end of the year ride with some great people! Clear weather and easy riding. Met some great people in Prineville sent over by Tim Snyder who all donated to the scholarship fund, and a couple of very nice ladies who admired our mascot Jesse and also generously donated. All in all a very good end of the year ride with Les Church, Mandy Grayson, Steve Pereira, Bill Phylo, Dale and myself we raised a total of $898 just today towards the trade school scholarship fund! Thank you to everyone! Will post when we get a date for our end of the year bbq! (Sorry, didn't get a lot of pictures)

Next BFE ride will be September 26th. Try for a little longer ride if weather permits to Prineville for lunch, then circle back to Madras to Fossil and back. We'll adjust if needed depending on weather.

Don't forget to all who can make it, the BFE ride will be this Saturday the 29th starting at Bare Bones. Kick stands up at 10, ride to Baker City for lunch, then ride back Dooley Mt. to Unity and circle back home. Look forward to seeing everyone!

Next BFE ride will be August 29. Due to smoke, fires, road shut downs and heat we will be riding to Baker City for lunch and ride back coming through Unity and home. Stay tuned for any route changes. Hope to see all who can make it, this year has been a rough one!

Had a great ride today with some of the best people. Got out of the smoke for the most part, and was not especially hot. Lunch in Long Creek at the Restaurant and Store was very good and the couple running the place were very nice. Recommend to eat if you're ever through there. Just a few miles of chip seal which was well packed and easy riding and beautiful scenery. Got dive bombed by a hawk myself. Came down out of a tree by the road right on top of my head, made me duck. LoL đŸ˜‚ Oregon wildlife has a sense of humor too. Topped off the day with ice cream at Austin House. Perfect day, and thank you for joining me and supporting the kids to Bill Phylo, Les Church and Laura Bacheller and Mandy Grayson.

Our BFE ride is on tomorrow for those who can make it. I just checked road closures and all, so far looks good for the small loop to Long Creek to Bates and then Austin House. The weather being as hot as it has been though we can shorten things up and just go to Long Creek and back so no one gets over heated. We can take a vote on that or adjust as we go as always. Hope to see all who can make it tomorrow morning, 10 am leave time!

Well after checking up on the fires and all, we are going to try to do the BFE ride this Saturday to have lunch in Long Creek, then circle around to Austin House have some ice cream and then home. If things change with the fires, we can adjust as always. At worst we can have lunch in Dayville and have a short ride with all this smoke. Hope to see all who can make it!
