Army Of Sum 2246 JLHS Robotics We are the Johannesburg/Lewiston robotics team 2246, The Army Of Sum. This is our 8th year participa We are a non profit organization.

We build robots, compete in FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Robotics competitions, and do community service to give back to all of those who have graciously given to us.

Thank you Jason Nowak, Hunter VanDeKerchove, and Luke VanDeKerchove for doing a great demonstration at Aspen Ridge today. The residents really seemed to enjoy it as did the caregivers.
Thank you Jon Mardyla for your help yesterday making sure the robot was ready!
Note to team. Next year we need speed control and emergency shut off those Senior members of society can drive a robot a little crazy!!

Robot is driving!!! Special thanks to Jon Mardyla for the problem solving. Huge thank you to Jason Nowak for all the extra time you've put into this project to make sure we can compete!!! Hope to see many at Bedford high next week. Matches start at 11:00 Friday and 9:30 on Saturday.

We have a wheelchair running!! Just need 2 fresh batteries, that we will purchase in the morning, and it will be ready for a veteran!! All the sacrifices given to make us a free country its the least we can do!!
