The Hult Prize Foundation is a Start-up accelerator for budding young social entrepreneurs emerging from universities around the world. The annual competition for the Hult Prize aim to build and launch the most social business ideas- Start-up enterprises that tackle grave issues faced by billions of people around the world. The winning team will receive a USD1 million is seed capital, as well as mentorship and advice from international business community. The aim of the Hult Prize is to breed the next generation of social entrepreneurs, and ultimately launch a social start-up enterprise that can radically change the world.
Called the" Noble Prize for students" by media outlets worldwide, the Hult Prize is offered in partnership with the United Nations. It is hosted and supported by Hult International Business Schools, and generously funded by Swedish entrepreneur Bertil Hult and his family.
Open to University and college students on every continent, the Hult Prize has grown to become the worlds largest student movement for social good. it is also the world's biggest student centered event and crowd-sourcing platform. Each year thousands of college and university students from 1000+ countries participate. and since its inception, participants have represented 1000+ institutions of high education.
