There's only a few days left to register for 4‑H Grill It Up Tuesdays!

This four‑week virtual series builds confidence in outdoor cooking, leading up to a special in‑person cookout finale later in the summer. This program is open to 4‑H youth ages 8–18 and will be held on July 7, 14, 21, and 28.

Participants will learn the foundations of outdoor cooking while keeping safety, nutrition, and creativity front and center. Each week, participants will prepare one recipe at home with adult supervision, using a variety of outdoor cooking methods.

Ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?

Join us for an informational Q&A session on the PA 4‑H State Project Ambassadors (SPA) and State Council programs! The session will be held on June 4 from 6:00–8:00 PM. It is open to PA 4‑H members ages 12–17, volunteers, and educators.

During this interactive session, potential applicants will gain a clear understanding of the responsibilities, expectations, and application processes for each role. Current teens serving as State Project Ambassadors and State Council members will join us to share their experiences and answer questions.

The SPA program will be discussed from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, and the State Council program will be discussed from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. Participants are welcome to attend one or both sessions.

Happy Earth Day! 🌎

Did you know that Wednesday is Earth Day?

To celebrate, the Expressive Arts State Project Ambassadors will be leading a fun, eco-friendly craft activity: making seed bombs! If you would like to participate, you will need: paper, water, a bowl, a glass or jar, paper towels, soil, and seeds. Gather your materials, and check back on Wednesday for instructions from the SPAs.

The SPAs hope that you and your club will enjoy gardening with them this Earth Day!
