LCS PTO The LCS PTO is a group of dedicated parents and friends of Lisbon Central School in Lisbon, CT

Welcome to the page of Lisbon Central School PTO, a non-profit organization dedicated to giving back to the Lisbon community. We are a group of dedicated parents and Lisbon Central School staff who work tirelessly to organize a variety of events for our children throughout the year. From fundraisers to fun-filled activities, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for ou

r students. In addition to hosting events for our children, we also show our appreciation for the school staff by providing them with multiple dinners throughout the school year and planning special events during Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week. We believe that supporting our teachers and staff is an essential part of creating a positive learning environment for our children. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of our children and community. Funeral Service will be held at the Preston City Congregational Church 321 CT-164 Preston Ct. 06365 on Thursday August 6, 2026 at 11:am with the Rev. Thomas Burke officiating.

Visitation will be Thursday August 6, 2026 from 10:00 am until the time of the service at the Preston City Congregational Church.

Burial will take place on Thursday August 6, 2026 at 1:30 pm at the North Lebanon Cemetery Lebanon.

It is with profoundly heavy hearts that we share the passing of Jack Dicey.

Jack was so much more than a custodian—he was an invaluable part of our Lisbon Central School community and the heart behind so many successful PTO events. No matter the occasion, Jack was there with a smile, a helping hand, and a genuine enthusiasm that made everyone around him feel welcome. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering willingness to give his time reflected just how deeply he cared about our students, our school, and our community.

His absence will be felt in countless ways this school year and for many years to come. We are incredibly grateful for everything Jack gave to our school and will always remember the warmth, laughter, and dedication he brought to every event and every person he met.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Jack’s family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
