Congratulations to the two newest South Hamilton FFA members to receive their American Farmer Degree! The highest achievement you can reach as an FFA Member!

Amanda and Jagger have both served as presidents of the South Hamilton FFA, have maintained records on incredible SAE projects, and are now at the next level pursuing outstanding careers in agriculture!

Very thankful of all the time, effort and leadership they display every year. And proud how they’ve represented the South Hamilton FFA Chapter throughout the years! Two of the greatest to ever do it!!

Excited to help put on this outstanding event at the Hamilton County Fair. Bacon Buddies is a program where individuals with disabilities are able to participate and be showman at the HCF! Participants will get the chance to show a pig with the help of mentor at Hamilton County Fair on Saturday, July 25th! All ages are welcome.

The SH FFA is farming this year! We are deeply grateful to the Wirth Family for providing us with the opportunity to farm 3 acres east of Ellsworth during this growing season! This experiential learning opportunity will have a profound impact on several classes of students at South Hamilton Community Schools over the next year. It represents a genuine hands-on learning experience for students at SH.

This endeavor would not have been possible without the invaluable support of several extra key contributors. We appreciate your assistance in making this a reality for our program.

Hamilton County Fair visitors are invited to cheer on participants in the Hamilton County Bacon Buddies® program on July 25 following the Swine Show and Bacon Bits in Webster City. 🐷

Bacon Buddies® gives individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to experience the excitement of showing a pig in the ring alongside supportive 4-H and FFA youth mentors.

The event is sponsored by the Iowa Pork Producers and the Hamilton County Pork Producers.
