Wayne County Arts Council Dogwood Festival

Wayne County Arts Council Dogwood Festival An Arts and Crafts festival with handmade crafts, food vendors, and wonderful activities for children. This festival has been going on since 1977.

This festival was begun in 1977 by Mary Ellen McKenzie and Edna Williamson. In 2016 Edna decided she would "retire" and the Wayne County Arts Council asked if they could be the organizers. So, the torch has been passed on. Our goal is to bring in more craft and artists. Hopefully bringing in more attendees from far and wide into our lovely community.

The Wayne County Arts Council is located close to the heart of downtown Jesup, Georgia, and it is our pleasure and passion is to promote the arts to Wayne County and surrounding area through visual arts, drama, music, writing, festivals, and broadcasting.
