This week at Refuge YTH, we were reminded of one simple truth:

You don’t have to carry it alone.

School brings excitement, new opportunities, but also pressure, anxiety, fear, and battles that many people never see. The good news is that God never intended for us to carry those things by ourselves.

We watched students step out in faith, come to the altar, and allow leaders to stand with them in prayer. There were tears, hope, freedom, and lives encouraged as we believed together for this school year.

Our prayer is that every student walks into their school knowing that God is with them, He cares for them, and they never have to face life alone. ❤️

Let’s make this the greatest school year yet, not just academically, but spiritually. We’re believing for bold students who shine for Jesus everywhere they go.

Last Wednesday of the Summer… and we couldn’t have ended it any better! ☀️💛✨

THE GLOW UP wasn’t about changing our appearance, it was about letting Jesus change our hearts and shine through every part of our lives. We challenged our students to make a promise that this school year they won’t dim their light, compromise their faith, or hide who they are in Christ. They aren’t just going back to school… they’re going back on mission! 💡🙌

The night was packed with incredible worship, a powerful word, giveaways, and an altar full of students making life-changing commitments to Jesus. There’s nothing better than seeing a generation choose to stand out instead of fit in!

A HUGE shoutout to Mrs. Brittany for serving up some of the best glow-in-the-dark lemonade around 🍋✨ and to the TP Treats Trailer for keeping everyone cool with FREE popsicles! 🍧
