WCHS FFA would like to thank Ms. Hawk, Quail Forever, and the Gopher Tortoise Council for selecting our agriculture classes for the Burrows & Bobwhites Program!

Students enjoyed a hands-on day learning about native plants, upland wildlife habitats, and conservation while building and planting a native raised bed on campus. We appreciate the opportunity to bring conservation education to our students and the Wayne County community!

This week, members had the opportunity to attend the Area VI FFA Banquet and be recognized for their hard work, dedication, and achievements throughout the past year. We are proud of our members and the way they continue to represent our chapter and community!

It was a great opportunity to take our President Thomas Phillips, and Vice President Rylan Sertich, to meet Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and U.S. Senate candidate Derek Dooley.

Opportunities like this play a key role in developing our students into future leaders of America by strengthening their confidence, leadership skills, and real-world perspective.
