You wouldn’t know it today, but winter is coming—and you’ll soon need a lap warmer. Be prepared!
Join us tomorrow, Saturday, from 1–4 p.m. at the Columbia PetSmart (9041 Snowden Square Drive) and adopt your perfect snuggle buddy. Sunshine’s Friends has a kitty who’s just purrfect for you.
Our foster Chrissy will be there to introduce you to beautiful Bella, soft-spoken Sophie, and serene senior Sammy—and tell you all about them.
Hope to see you there!

Little Spicy lived up to her name. She was born outside to a feral mom. But with time, love, patience and the right person our hissy, don't touch me girl will become a sweet, purry cuddle bug.

Last week Sunshine’s Friends teamed up with Helping Every Animal Receive Treatment, Inc. and hosted the first Spay and Neuter Clinic at our newly renovated intake and adoption center. Our mission to reduce the homeless cat and dog population is only made possible by partnerships with low-cost, high-volume spay and neuter clinics like HEART and donors like you. The clinic was a great success - over twenty cats and dogs were spayed and neutered at an average cost of $125 per cat and $200 per dog. Please donate if you share our vision of clearing the shelters of homeless pets and NO euthanasia because of overcrowding.
