Memorial Day — a time to gather with family and friends, to enjoy a barbecue at the beach or a picnic in the park. A day to watch parades, sing patriotic songs, and wear red, white, and blue with pride.

More importantly, it’s a day to honor the brave men and women who have served our country and defended our freedom. A time to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice. They served with courage, and they kept us safe.

Today I was sworn in for another term as your Jersey County Coroner. I would like to take this time to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported me this far. I would also like to thank my family for their continued support in my career as well. I wouldn’t be here today without them.

In the past two years, there have been many changes to the coroner’s office. I am eager to see what the future holds within these next four years. Thank you Jersey County for putting your trust in me. I am committed to serving this county proud during this next term.
