Ever wonder what happens after you graduate CERT? š
Do we just ride off into the sunset with our helmets and vestsā¦ never to be seen again? Absolutely not. š
At Jersey Village CERT, we meet every month to sharpen our skills, run drills, learn new techniques, and stay ready for whatever comes our way (yes, even that one neighbor who thinks a BBQ gone wrong is a ā5-alarm situationā). š„š
From first aid refreshers to disaster response practice, weāre constantly training so we can show up strong for our community when it matters most. Plusā¦ letās be honestā¦ itās also a great excuse to hang out with some pretty awesome people who know how to stay calm under pressure and crack a good joke.
š” Curious what CERT is all about? Ask us about the next class that will be starting! āyou might just find your new favorite crew.
