Greenville Community Partnership This page was created to help communicate to local residents and stakeholders about the planning process and other issues of interest that affect Greenville.

A planning initiative in Jersey City for the Greenville community which seeks to organize residents and stakeholders to improve the quality of life and generate investment for projects identified by residents. Facilitated by Garden State Episcopal CDC (formerly known as Jersey City Episcopal CDC), and in collaboration with several non-profit organizations, residents, churches, block associations,

and others stakeholders-- the Greenville Community Plan seeks to improve the quality of life by creating dialogue and collaboration and organizing the community to address key issues. It also aims to solicit one million dollars of state tax credits to Greenville each year for life of the Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit program to create new programs or supplement effective ones as established in the plan. The focus of study encompasses a portion of Greenville centering on Martin Luther King Drive from Union Street to Woodlawn Avenue and from Bergen Avenue to Ocean Avenue.
