George Floyd should be here today to celebrate another year of his life.

Today, we honor him, his spirit, and the life he lived. We remember him, carry forward his legacy, and continue the fight for the justice he deserves. His life mattered, and every action toward equality keeps his memory alive. ✊🏾

Today, we commemorate Indigenous Peoples’ Day. We remember the tragedies endured and triumphs experienced by those Native to this land. There is still work to be done to eradicate economic, health, and environmental disparities.
