United Chinese Basketball Association The organizers of the league have a deep understanding of basketball culture in both countries.

美国华人篮球联合协会（United Chinese Basketball Association）成立于2016年夏，由原美东华人NBA观赛联盟和JC老男孩篮球队合并而成。协会通过与美国职业体育篮球联盟（NBA）达成的多方位资源交流合作，积极发展全美华人自身的业余篮球集训及联赛活动，并以此促进全美华人以体育为纽带的其它社交活动和商务协作。协会旨在为全美华人营造出一个优质和谐的体育文化交流环境和一个畅通高端的体育商务合作平台。

美国华人篮球联合协会总部设于纽约曼哈顿岛，现活动已发展至新泽西州、宾州、首都华盛顿特区，以及西岸加州等地。协会每年主办的NBA篮球观赛活动和篮球赛事遍及5大州。
