Yesterday we got the news that the amendment for bird-safe design codes for new construction will get a first reading at the November 12th Jersey City Council meeting. This is a big step. If all goes well, it will get voted on and approved at the follow-up meeting. We are going to do everything we can to make that happen. Public support is key. If you haven’t already - and especially if you live in Jersey City - please sign and share the petition.

There is a lot more to do, and we are going to keep doing it.
