is a growing NJ non profit social development organization that provides female specific and female responsive programs to elementary through high school girls (9-17 years old) in the Northern NJ areas. Our female responsive curriculum includes mentoring, community service, and leadership opportunities in conjunction with instilling a sense of commitment, responsibility and possibility. It is also

designed to enhance the relational bond between young girls and their parents/caregivers as well as provide best practices for community service providers and educational institutions serving young girls. forms partnerships with local school districts, DCP&P, social service organizations, other youth mentoring organizations and the juvenile court system. goal is to foster a commitment to young girls that will promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and reassert a sense of hope in the future. is a program that is in direct response to the growing number of young people that are either falling through the cracks at school or are already entangled with the juvenile court system. The program is positioned to be most assessable to young females who otherwise would be swept into the juvenile court system or frequent school detention.
