💜 Meet the Founder 💜

Hi, I’m Daria Jones, founder of D.O.L.L. House NJ.

After spending more than 15 years mentoring young people through education, music, leadership development, and relationship intelligence, I knew it was time to build something that would continue creating impact for generations to come.

That’s why I founded D.O.L.L. House NJ…Deserving Opportunities for Lovely Ladies.

I believe every girl deserves someone who sees her potential before she sees it herself. She deserves opportunities to grow, mentors who will guide her, and a community that reminds her she is capable, worthy, and enough.

Our mission is to empower girls and young women through mentorship, education, arts, leadership development, and relationship intelligence and continue creating pathways for lifelong success.

This is more than an organization. It’s a vision. It’s a calling. It’s a promise.

Thank you for being part of the D.O.L.L. House NJ community. While our journey didn’t begin today, we’re stepping into an exciting new season, and I can’t wait to share what’s ahead.

One thing we’ve learned over the years is that growth isn’t always about starting over, sometimes it’s about continuing the journey.

In the words of Ms. Natalie Gipson, Nat Rainne “The journey continues.” Those words have stayed with us and continue to guide our mission.

At D.O.L.L. House NJ, we’re still committed to helping young ladies discover who they are, overcome obstacles, love themselves, and lead with confidence and purpose.

Thank you to every young lady, parent, mentor, supporter, and community partner who has been part of this journey. Your belief in our mission fuels what’s next.
