It's been a little bit since we've provided a community update from the Jerome Preservation Society 💛

We’re excited to share that planning is underway for this year’s upcoming Music & Arts Festival in partnership with the Jerome Chamber of Commerce. Together, we’re working to create an event that’s not only fun and memorable, but truly reflects the spirit of Jerome and the people who call it home.

Beyond the festival, we’re also in development on **two** new projects focused on assisting local residents with property repairs and upgrades. 🫶
These efforts are designed to directly support our community, and we’ll be sharing more details as they continue to take shape and progress to next steps.

In the meantime, if you’d like to support our work, you can find donation jars at select Jerome businesses throughout town. Every contribution helps us give back to the community we love.

And last little update - We’ll also organizing additional community-based efforts, including:
🌿 Property clean-up assistance
🔥 W**d eating and wildfire risk reduction
🤝 Other support projects as needs arise (if you know of a way we can come together we'd love to hear it 👂)

Keep an eye out for ways to get involved...we’re just getting started.

✨ **Community Update from the Jerome Preservation Society** ✨

As we reach the close of 2025 we'd like to share our heartfelt thanks and gratitude.
Because of *YOU* incredible things are happening in Jerome.

A Re-cap of our small but mighty efforts for 2025!

🧔 **Mustache Bash**
Thanks to an amazing turnout and generous support, the Mustache Bash hosted at Bobby D's BBQ raised over $627 in cash donations, helping support the Movember foundation and their Men's health initiatives

☕️ **Movember Mocha**
Our Movember Mocha fundraiser with Theminerscafe.az brewed up $160 🎉 proving that coffee, community, and a good cause are always a winning combo.

🌱 **Seed Funding Secured**
We’re also proud to share that the Jerome Preservation Society received a significant donation in seed funding from a Jerome local (who we'll totally name drop if they'd like us to 😉), giving us the momentum to take on meaningful projects that will make a real difference in and around our little community.

🔨 **What’s Next…**
We’re currently in planning stages on an upcoming project to assist a longtime Jerome resident in upgrading their current living conditions into safer, healthier and more habitable housing. Details coming soon—but this is one we’re especially excited and honored to support. And this is just the start!

🦃 Happy Thanksgiving from our BBQ fam to yours!
We hope everyone enjoys this time with family! We’ll be closed today to enjoy the holiday, but we’ll be back open tomorrow (Friday) from 11–8.

So gobble that Turkey down now and leave some room for some smoked meats with us tomorrow! 🦃 🍖

🏆 **Nicest ’Stache** – Smooth, sleek, refined… the mustache equivalent of a fine whiskey.
🤘 **Gnarliest ’Stache** – Twisted, wild, and absolutely unstoppable. A true beast of the Bash.
🌶️ **Sauciest ’Stache** – Bold, flirtatious, and full of attitude. This ’stache came to *slay*.
🎭 **Best Faux ’Stache** – When you don’t grow it… you *create it*! Creative mastery at its finest.

Huge shoutout to all of our contestants for bringing the style, the swagger, and the stubble. You made this year’s Mustache Bash one for the history books!

What. A. DAY. 🎉

The Mustache Bash was a huge success and we couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who came out to support, for our donors who showed out for some creatively fun raffle baskets, and to everyone at Bobby D's BBQ for their hard work and for hosting the hottest wing challenge on the block.

In just ONE day we raised a total of **$602**! 👏💙 thats right $602 to the Movember Foundation (and there's still time for your Movember Mocha ☕️ from Theminerscafe.az 😉)
