Okay, so maybe Lily isn’t exactly doing kickflips down the half-pipe. But this adorable 4-year-old DSH has definitely mastered the art of cruising through life with good vibes only. ✌️

Lily Rose is a quiet, gentle soul with a heart of gold. She may take a little time to warm up to new faces, but once you earn her trust, you’ll have yourself a devoted little shadow who wants to be near her person. ❤️

MEMORIAL POST IN HONOR OF CAPTAIN (BUDDY)💔😢

Captain was rescued out of the Burley Shelter by PAWS Rescue, Inc. and adopted by Jerry Anderson shortly after. He quickly became his best friend and acquired his new name … Buddy.

Buddy lived his best life with Jerry. Hiking, camping, snuggling and even getting to go to work with Dad. Buddy’s life was cut far too short, only having a year with his new family, when he was attacked by another dog.

From Jerry:
We lost our sweet Buddy today in a very tragic accident - he was attacked by a very large mixed breed.

That dog lived for me and I lived for him. I know we will be together again and from when I fostered him and decided on keeping him he had his best life.

Kicking it at the Ghee with some ball throwing everyday in the winter, all the hikes, swims, road trips, the chew toys you destroyed and just being my Pal!

He was my Best Damn Bad Dog! Buddy we will never forget the memories we made.❤️

We want to send our love, healing thoughts and prayers to Jerry and his family for the loss of sweet Buddy. Thank you for being an amazing pet dad🐾

🥳HAPPY 1 YEAR GOTCHA DAY BUDDY!🥳

It was this time last year that Buddy came to live with us.

Buddy had lost the use of his back legs. His owner, Rick, brought him home from the vet with medications and all the love he had in his heart, determined to give Buddy the best life possible.

A few days later, Rick passed away with Buddy on his lap. They weren’t discovered for three days, when the mail carrier realized something was wrong and called for a welfare check. Buddy had remained on Rick’s lap the entire time because he was unable to get down.

When I met buddy for the first time, he was scared, confused, and had lost so much. I knew I could foster him, give him a safe place to heal, and help him feel loved again.

Of course, we all know how that turned out. ❤️

I failed at fostering Buddy and adopted him last fall.

A year later, I look at this sweet and quirky boy and know that somehow, through one of the saddest chapters of his life, he found his way to me.

He has made a (99%) full recovery. He loves walks with the pack. He loves chasing squirrels in the backyard, and he loves spending as much time on my lap as possible.

Happy one-year gotcha day, Buddy!🥳

MEET BINX 🖤🐾

Binx may be a little shy when you first meet him, but give him some time to settle in and his sweet, goofy personality starts to shine!
He is 3 1/2 months old and available for foster to adopt through PAWS Rescue inc.

(Foster-to-adopt means you fill out the foster form with the intent of adopting him, pay his adoption fee and when his vetting is complete you fill out the adoption form). *Must be between Idaho Falls and the Boise area to use one of our vet clinics.*

This handsome little guy LOVES to play (springs and balls are some of his absolute favorites) and he’s always looking for something to climb. When the zoomies hit, prepare for some serious entertainment.

Binx can be a little timid around new dogs and cats at first, but once he realizes they’re safe, that nervousness turns into lots of curiosity. He just needs a little patience while he gets comfortable. He’s the same way with his people. Give him time to learn that he can trust you, and you’ll be rewarded with a sweet boy who loves pets and will purr your ear off.

Binx would be perfect for someone willing to give him a little time to come out of his shell and then enjoy the silly, playful, affectionate kitten hiding underneath. ❤️ Binx has been raised with dogs and other cats and does great. Binx would do best with another friendly kitty playmate in the home.

MEET LUNA 🌙🐾

Luna is our little princess! Sweet, sensitive, and looking for someone who will give her the time she needs to feel safe. She is 3 1/2 months old and available for foster to adopt through PAWS Rescue, Inc.

(Foster-to-adopt means you fill out the foster form with the intent of adopting her, pay her adoption fee and when her vetting is complete you fill out the adoption form). *Must be between Idaho Falls and the Boise area to use one of our vet clinics.*

Luna can be very shy and timid when meeting new people or animals, so patience is the way to this girl’s heart. With other pets, she does best when they respect her space and allow her to come around on her own terms. Give her that, and slowly but surely, she’ll start letting you into her world. And once Miss Luna feels at home? That quiet little girl starts showing off a whole other side!

She’s playful, gets her own cases of the zoomies, and has plenty of personality hiding underneath that shy exterior. Luna also appreciates the finer things in life. She loves the show Curious George, cozy blankets, window watching, and most importantly, TREATS.

Luna is just a sweet little princess looking for a patient home where she can feel safe, come out of her shell, and be completely and utterly spoiled.

Luna has been raised with dogs and other cats and does great. Luna would benefit from another playful confident cat in the home. Her brother Binx or Gizmo would be a great match for her to go home with!

MEET GIZMO 🩶🐾

Gizmo is a little adventurer with a BIG personality! He is 3 1/2 months old and available for foster to adopt through PAWS Rescue, Inc.

Gizmo is playful, curious, full of energy, and when the zoomies hit… you might want to clear the runway. This boy is definitely one of the brave ones. He’s a climber, an explorer, and a bit of a risk taker who always seems ready to investigate whatever catches his attention.

Gizmo can be a little timid when first meeting new cats and dogs, but he adjusts pretty quickly and lets his curiosity take over. With people, he isn’t particularly shy, he just needs a little time to decide that you’re his person. Once he does, he absolutely loves getting pets and attention.

If you’re looking for a kitten who will keep you laughing, keep you on your toes, and probably test just how kitten-proof your house really is, Gizmo might be your guy. 🐾

He’s ready for a family who will love his adventurous little spirit as much as he loves his next great climbing mission. Gizmo has been raised with dogs and other cats and does great. Gizmo would do best with another friendly kitty playmate in the home.

Mishka came into rescue as an owner surrender after escaping her adopters home, and she is now ready to find the forever home she deserves through PAWS Rescue, Inc.🏡

Mishka is a 2 yr old Aussie/Dachshund mix approx 30 lbs and low to the ground. She is sweet, friendly, well-mannered girl who gets along wonderfully with the dogs in her foster home. She absolutely LOVES to play with her canine friends and really comes alive when she has another dog to romp and play with. 🐶

Because she is such a playful girl—and because having a confident canine friend helps her feel secure—Mishka needs another playful dog in her forever home. A dog who enjoys running, wrestling, and having fun would be the perfect match for her!

✨ A few things to love about Misha:
🐾 Great with other dogs
🐾 Needs another playful dog in the home
🐾 Potty trained
🐾 Well-mannered in the house
🐾 Has free roam of the home when left alone
