The 146th Branch of the Ukrainian National Women’s League of America was honored to take part in , where we not only enjoyed a wonderful day filled with community, family fun, and children’s activities, but also continued our fundraiser for life-saving tourniquets for Ukrainian defenders.

It is especially meaningful to see how, even during joyful celebrations, people take the time to support those who are defending Ukraine. Every donation, every kind word, and every shared post helps us move closer to our goal.

Because behind every fun community event, there’s a lot of hard work and preparation that happens behind the scenes. These photos are proof of that effort. 😊

146 відділ Союзу українок Америки долучився до дитячого фестивалю де ми не лише насолоджувалися святковою атмосферою, а й продовжували збір коштів на турнікети для українських захисників.

Особливо цінно бачити, як навіть під час веселих свят люди знаходять можливість підтримати тих, хто сьогодні боронить Україну. Кожен донат, кожне добре слово та кожне поширення інформації наближають нас до мети.

Бо насправді за такими веселими подіями стоїть гора роботи і підготовки. І ці фото підтвердження цьому) - дякуємо Тарасу Надразі за допомогу)

💙💛 Today, we honor the memory of Ukraine’s innocent child victims.

On the International Day of Innocent Child Victims of Aggression, we pause to remember the children whose lives have been forever changed by russia’s war against Ukraine.

Every child deserves safety, love, education, and the opportunity to dream about their future. Yet thousands of Ukrainian children have experienced loss, displacement, trauma, separation from their families, and the devastating consequences of war.

As a nonprofit committed to supporting Ukraine and its people, we stand in solidarity with the children and families who continue to endure unimaginable hardship. We remember those who were taken too soon, support those who continue to suffer, and advocate for a future where every child can grow up in peace.

Today, we invite our community to join us in honoring these young lives by sharing their stories, raising awareness, and standing for the protection of children everywhere.

The tourniquets and medical supplies you helped fund have been delivered to the soldiers of the 109th Battalion of the 10th Mountain Assault Brigade “Edelweiss.”

Today, America honors the heroes who gave their lives for freedom. And today, we, the 146th Branch of the Ukrainian National Women’s League of America , join in honoring their memory.

This post is dedicated to just some of the Americans who made the ultimate sacrifice in Ukraine’s war against russian aggression.

We remain in close contact with the Mothers of these brave Men and continue to honor their Sons’ memory with deep gratitude and respect.

Their courage will never be forgotten.
Memory eternal.
Glory to the Heroes.
Slava Ukraini.

Сьогодні Америка вшановує героїв, які віддали своє життя за свободу. І сьогодні ми, 146 відділ Союзу українок Америки , приєднуємося до вшанування цієї пам’яті.

Цей допис присвячений лише деяким з американців, які принесли найвищу жертву у війні України проти російської агресії.

Ми підтримуємо тісний контакт з Матерями цих хоробрих Чоловіків і продовжуємо вшановувати пам’ять їх Синів із глибокою вдячністю та повагою.

Сьогодні, у День Вишиванки, хочеться подякувати тим, завдяки кому ми маємо країну, націю, культуру й цей національний одяг, який став символом української сили.

Бо коли на твоїй Батьківщині війна, то Вишиванка це не просто про красу, а й про єднання її громадян по всьому світу для допомоги.

Саме тому ми, 146-й відділ Союзу Українок Америки, організували Жіночий ланцюжок допомоги - челендж до Дня Вишиванки, щоб зібрати кошти на якісні CAT-турнікети для наших захисників.

Як долучитися до челенджу:

- зроби репост цього Reels у свої Stories - так більше людей зможе долучитися;
- одягни свою улюблену вишиванку;
- зроби селфі або фото та опублікуй його у профілі чи Stories з нашою відміткою;
- зроби донат $25 - це вартість одного турнікету;

We want to give a huge thank you to the Ukrainian National Home of Trenton for allowing us to have a free table during their wonderful event to help support Ukraine. 💙💛

Because of their kindness and support, we were able to collect donations and continue providing much-needed help to Ukraine and the people affected by the war.

We had an amazing time meeting so many caring and generous people. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, donated, shared kind words, and supported this mission. Without all of you, none of this would be possible.

We are truly grateful to be part of such a strong and loving Ukrainian community. Together, we continue to stand with Ukraine. 🇺🇦

The tourniquets you helped provide have safely reached the hands of those who need them. And while they are beyond grateful for the life-saving equipment… what touched them even more were the messages written on each one.
