Delaney (Hudsonville, Class of 2030 πŸ₯ŽπŸ) has been training at PowerStrength Jenison for 3 1/2 years, showing up for 2 sessions per week.

Her consistency and work ethic have made her a great example for younger athletes in the gym. This summer, Delaney helped her team finish 3rd in the Junior League Softball World Series, where she also had the opportunity to pitch.

She continues to get faster and more agile, and even her softball coaches have noticed more speed behind her pitches. πŸ’ͺ

Mia (Grandville, Class of 2032 πŸ₯ŽπŸπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ) has been training at PowerStrength Jenison for 3 months, showing up for 2 sessions per week.

She’s trained hard all summer while preparing for softball with Sluggers, focusing on building strength, power, and learning how to train the right way. That work showed up during testing, where Mia got faster and stronger across the board.

Her 10-yard sprint improved from 2.13 to 1.98 seconds, while her broad jump and vertical jump both increased as well. πŸ’ͺ

Archer (Rockford, Class of 2033 ⚽⚾πŸ₯) has been training at PowerStrength Plainfield for 3 months, showing up for 1 session per week.

He brings a lot of energy into the gym and has grown more comfortable as training has gone on. Archer stays active outside the gym, comes in excited to train, and has been focused on building confidence and strength.

He even set a goal of learning how to do a somersault β€” and checked that one off. πŸ‘

Cecelia (Thornapple Kellogg, Class of 2032 πŸ’) has been training at PowerStrength Kentwood for 3 months, showing up for 2 sessions per week.

Cece trains alongside her brother and two cousins, and she brings plenty of effort and competitiveness to every session. She’s been focused on getting faster and stronger for hockey while balancing training with school and time on the ice.

She’s quickly made her presence known in the group through how hard she works. πŸ’ͺ

Tyler (Grandville, Class of 2032 πŸ₯πŸˆ) has been training at PowerStrength Jenison for 3 months, showing up for 2 sessions per week.

Even with lacrosse four days a week and weekend tournaments with Team Michigan, Tyler has stayed consistent in the gym all summer. He’s been focused on explosiveness, speed, agility, and staying healthy as football season gets underway.

That work is paying off β€” Tyler jumped higher and farther during testing and recently hit a PR of 8 pull-ups. πŸ’ͺ
