She’s been working hard on improving her speed and agility to become quicker and stronger for both soccer and basketball. Skyler continues to bring great effort into each session and has made steady progress through her consistency.

Maya and Cora (Rockford, 7th Grade πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ) have been training at PowerStrength Plainfield for 7 and 5 months, showing up for 1 session per week.

Both have grown a ton in confidence since starting training. Maya has become much more comfortable and confident in the gym, while Cora quickly found her stride once she started training alongside her. Together, they’ve built strength, confidence, and a great friendship through the process.

They continue to push each other and make steady progress each week. πŸ”₯

Currently in baseball season, Elias has been working hard to improve his speed and upper body strength to help him throw harder and compete with more confidence.

He loves dragging heavy sleds and has quickly bought into the group environment alongside a couple of his friends. Boston has been focused on building speed and power for football, and continues to grow more confident through his work in the gym.
