Gabba (Hudsonville, Class of 2031 🏊) has been training at PowerStrength Jenison for 1 year, showing up for 2 sessions per week.

Swimming year-round, Gabba brings great focus and effort into every session. She’s become a leader within the group, setting a strong example through her attitude, work ethic, and willingness to push herself. Her growth in strength and confidence has been just as impressive as her progress in the gym.

Over the past year, Gabba is running a full-tenth of a second faster, improved both her broad jump and vertical jump, and achieved her first pull-up. Way to go Gabba! πŸ’ͺ

One of the fastest and most energetic athletes in the group, Russell brings great effort into every session. Over the past year, he’s focused on building strength and gaining experience in the gym, and the results are showing up in his testing numbers.

During this testing cycle, Russell improved his full-electric 10-yard sprint from 1.71 to 1.66, increased his broad jump from 85 to 89 inches, and added 2 inches to his vertical jump. Amazing results and we’ll continue to build on his progress! πŸ’ͺ

Ayden (Kenowa Hills, 4th Grade πŸˆπŸ€) has been training at PowerStrength Alpine for 3 months, showing up for 2 sessions per week.

This was Ayden’s first experience in a weight room setting, and he’s done a great job learning the fundamentals while building confidence along the way. He brings great energy into each session, has been very coachable, and continues to improve his speed, movement, and overall athleticism.

A great start for a young athlete learning the fundamentals the right way. πŸ”₯
