With Grandma at the laser and Mom nearby, she colored and decorated breast cancer awareness ribbons to sell at her lemonade stand - raising money for the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life.

Making, learning, creating, and giving back. That’s a pretty good work in progress.

Every innovation begins with someone willing to imagine something better. Our goal is to raise $100,000 through Maker 13's 10th Anniversary campaign.

We’re also proud to introduce Jesika Young, President & CEO of Inc., as Honorary Chair of Maker13’s 10th Anniversary Celebration. Jesika’s commitment to innovation, manufacturing, workforce development and the next generation of makers makes her a natural fit for this milestone year.

Manufacturing Week is in full swing at Maker13 — and today is our final day!

Students are getting a hands-on look at the skills, technology and people behind manufacturing careers in our region.

A huge thank you to the manufacturers, educators, partners and volunteers who have filled Maker13 with opportunities to explore, ask questions and try something new.
Thanks to for bringing our region together for Manufacturing Week, and to the companies and industry partners helping make these experiences possible.

Maker13 is excited to announce regular homeschool hours on Fridays from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. These will be scheduled weekly in the Maker13 Classroom. See the website for more details or call the shop to register. Space is limited to 15 students.
Fall Semester will run September 25 - November 06
(No classroom hours October 9th for Fall Break)

Maker13 and MakerMobile are excited to be joining in Family Fun Day. Be sure to check out this free family event hosted by the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana. While the MakerMobile is waiting on a repair, join see what we have come up with for an indoor redesign of the experience at The Vista at Origins Park. We'll be engraving name tags with a laser and more.
