New Hope Services, Inc., Child and Family Services provides a quality life for all in our community. Programs Provided:
CAPS (Child Advocacy & Parental Support); assist families who need community resources and parenting education in Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott and Washington Counties. This is a voluntary program, so anyone can self-refer or referrals can come from agencies in the community. CA
PS provides home-based, goal oriented case management to help families. Healthy Families (Support for Expectant Parents); Home based service designed to support families in preparing for and adjusting to a new baby. Services are free and voluntary. Healthy Families can help by giving parents answers to their questions and support. A specialist may work with family members before the baby is born until the child is 3. Service is provided in Clark, Floyd, Fayette, Rush, Jackson, Scott, Jefferson and Union Counties. HopeCare Clinic: Open to the public and no referral is required. Adolescents, men and women of reproductive age welcome! Services provided at no or very low cost, Medicaid accepted. Available Services: Medical Exams: annual exam, pap smear, breast exam, birth control available, pregnancy testing and counseling, emergency contraception and counseling for sexually transmitted infections, urinary tract and vaginal infections testing and treatment. WIC Program (Women, Infants and Children Care); WIC is a nutrition program that helps pregnant women, new mothers, infants and children eat well and stay healthy. WIC is a federally-funded nutrition program that provides food checks, nutrition counseling, and community referrals to pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, infants and children under five years of age in Clark, Scott, Jackson, Jennings, Jefferson, Bartholomew, and surrounding Indiana counties
