These little babies absolutely LOVE the tiny pumpkins and squash! 🎃 It’s so fun watching them explore and munch on all these goodies!

First, I want to thank everyone who took the time to suggest names for our three little girls who will be spending the winter with us at Keepin’ It Wild Wildlife Rescue! ❤️

I went through all your comments and counted up the suggestions, and we had three names that came out on top!

That’s right! We officially have our very own Hocus Pocus sisters! 🧙‍♀️🎃🧹

I think these names are perfect for our three shy little girls! I’m sure they’ll be keeping me entertained all winter long, and I can’t wait to watch their personalities come out.

This past weekend was a BIG release weekend for some of our Iowa raccoons! 🦝❤️

Here’s a video of one of them exploring and checking out their new surroundings. These are the moments we work so hard for—watching them grow from tiny babies who needed us into strong, curious raccoons ready to be back where they belong.

It’s always a little bittersweet to say goodbye, but seeing them out there makes it all worth it. 🌳🦝

🦝💕 We need some help naming these three little girls!

These three shy babies are going to be spending the winter with me at Keepin’ It Wild Wildlife Rescue.

The last time I overwintered raccoons, I had three boys — Ricky, Randy & Rocket. ❤️ This time around, it’s three sweet little girls who need names of their own!

They’re pretty shy right now, but I’m sure their little personalities will start showing as they get more comfortable.

🦝❤️ Release season is here!

We are slowly releasing some of our raccoons, and this part is always a little bittersweet. We’ve loved watching these babies grow from tiny little ones who depended on us for everything into the beautiful, independent raccoons they are today.

Now it’s their turn to head out into the wild and start their next adventure. ❤️

We wish every one of them a safe, happy journey and a long wild life.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to care for them, watch them grow, and finally Keepin It Wild. 🦝🌿❤️

Well… looks like we have three more babies spending the winter with us. ❤️

These three came into Keepin’ It Wild really, really skinny and are way too young to be out there trying to survive on their own. Poor little things have some catching up to do!

They’ll be safe, warm and well fed with us all winter, and hopefully come spring, they’ll be big, healthy and ready to head back to the wild. 🌿🐾

Please keep an eye out for these late-season babies. If something just doesn’t look right, reach out.

And as always, if you’d like to help us keep all these little bellies full this winter, we appreciate it more than you know. ❤️

Oh my goodness, look at these three! 🥹❤️

Ebony and Wally came to us SO tiny with no hair, and now here they are with little Ella enjoying some bites of avocado! 🥑

These three, along with several more babies, will be spending the winter with us. We’re looking for some fun enrichment items to hang in their cages to keep them climbing, exploring and BUSY! 😂

We will have four enclosure of babies to overwinter. Want to help spoil our overwinter babies? ❤️
