Elm St. Jefferson, IA 50129) on Tuesday and Thursdays 8:00-4:30 for free, confidential assistance from a behavioral health system navigator with the . They can help connect you or a loved one with supportive options, make calls to behavioral health providers, connect you with community organizations, and provide resources to address housing or employment concerns. If you can't visit in person, please call Your Life Iowa at 855-581-8111. Please note: system navigators do not give treatment, medicine, or counseling. Instead, they can help you find the right people who offer the services you need.

We’re excited that FREE assistance is now available to Iowans struggling to find behavioral health services, providers or vital resources at New Opportunities (1401 N. Elm St. Jefferson, IA 50129) on Tuesday and Thursdays 8:00-4:30 a behavioral health system navigator with is available help you or a loved one overcome barriers to care by finding providers, making calls on your behalf and connecting you with community resources.
If you prefer support over the phone, a system navigator is just one call away. Call Your Life Iowa at 855-581-8111.
Please note: system navigators don’t provide treatment or counseling — they help connect you with the services you need.
