𝟴:𝟯𝟬 𝗔.𝗠. BBQ will be ready beginning at 8:30 a.m. There's no need to come any earlier, because it takes us a little while to get it off the pit, chopped, sauced, and packaged. Take-out plates will be ready, too – again, not earlier, because our cakes and potato salad have to get there first.

"Legendary" isn't a word to use lightly, but we're confident when we tell you this stuff is legendary. It's not Jefferson Barbecue without this, and that's why no meat leaves here without it! We honor the memory of long-time sauce maker Douglas Peteet with every drop of this poured on our hickory smoked meat and with every bottle that leaves here with that smile on it. Thankfully, he trained some of these young fellas and told them most of the secrets to his sauce.

With a full 24 hours of hickory smoke and Jefferson’s signature sauce, this stuff is top-notch. So you better make plans now to get here around 8:30 am or not long after to get yours. It’s only happening once this year!
