Hickory smokeβ¦ nothing like it! For 24 solid hours, hickory coals are scattered to smolder under these pork shoulders. Itβs a natural smoke flavor because it IS natural!

π΄:π―π¬ π.π . BBQ will be ready beginning at 8:30 a.m. There's no need to come any earlier, because it takes us a little while to get it off the pit, chopped, sauced, and packaged. Take-out plates will be ready, too β again, not earlier, because our cakes and potato salad have to get there first.
ππ§ π¦ππππ¦ π’π¨π§! Speaking of time, donβt wait until after lunchβ¦ once itβs gone, itβs gone! We cook a lot, but it sells out quicker'n you can say "Reckon how many pounds I should get?"
π£ππ¬π ππ‘π§ Itβs $10 for a pound or a plate (see flyer for details). If you can bring exact change, thatβll help us out and help you get home to eat your BBQ quicker. Weβll also accept a good check, but we cannot accept cards. Please, no large bills, unless you just want to donate the change!
