The Jordan Vogel Memorial Fund recently donated $1,000 to the Rome Baseball Community Fund in support of the Rome Hardball Park Campaign!
With Phase I now underway, new seating areas are being constructed to create a better, more comfortable experience for athletes, families, and fans. The campaign will then move into Phase II—a new net backstop designed to improve safety and visibility at the park.
We are grateful to the Jordan Vogel Memorial Fund for honoring Jordan’s memory through a gift that will help make a lasting impact at Rome Hardball Park. ❤️⚾

Phase I of the Rome Baseball Community Fund’s Rome Hardball Park Campaign is officially underway — new seating areas are now under construction, bringing us one step closer to a better, more comfortable experience for our athletes, families, and fans.

Next up: Phase II — a brand‑new net backstop to improve safety and visibility at the park. We’re already on our way, and you can help keep the momentum going.

The Jefferson Community Foundation is honored to share that the Jordan Vogel Memorial Fund has awarded a $1,000 grant to Pack the Parlor.
Pack the Parlor helps ensure local children and families have gifts to open and hope to celebrate during the Christmas season. This gift will help bring joy, encouragement, and support to those in our community who need it most.

This incredible program gives local children the opportunity to shop for Christmas alongside law enforcement officers, creating not only joyful holiday memories but also meaningful relationships that strengthen our community.

💙 Nonprofit Opportunity: Theisen's More For Your Community Grants
Calling all nonprofits, schools, and government-sponsored organizations serving Jefferson County!
If your organization is working to meet the basic needs of children and families through food, shelter, education, safety, or health, you may be eligible to apply for a Theisen's More For Your Community Grant.
💰 Grant requests of up to $5,000 are available to support projects that make a meaningful difference in our communities. The program is funded by Theisen's Charitable Fund in partnership with the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque and is available to eligible organizations serving communities within 40 miles of a Theisen's store—including Jefferson. An estimated $450,000 will be distributed across participating store communities in 2026.

Fund Fact Friday: God Above All Else (Ryan Nelson Memorial Fund)
The God Above All Else (Ryan Nelson Memorial Fund) was established through the Jefferson Community Foundation to honor the life and legacy of Ryan James Nelson.
The God Above All Else website is a faith-based resource created to honor Ryan's memory by offering hope, encouragement, and support for those walking through grief, as well as for individuals and families impacted by mental health challenges and su***de.
In addition to providing resources, all proceeds from the sale of God Above All Else merchandise are directed to the Ryan Nelson Memorial Fund. Through this fund, support is provided to organizations and initiatives that align with Ryan's heart for serving others and sharing hope.

The Jordan Vogel Memorial Fund, held at the Jefferson Community Foundation, recently donated $1,000 to the Jefferson Optimist Club to help bring the Missoula Children's Theatre production of The Little Mermaid to Jefferson this fall.
