đź“° MONA MEMBERS IN THE NEWS đź©şđź’™

MONA is proud to recognize Teri A. Murray, PhD, PHNA-BC, RN, ANEF, FADLN, FAAN, Professor and Dean Emerita at Saint Louis University’s Trudy Busch Valentine School of Nursing, who has been re-elected to serve a second term on the American Academy of Nursing Board of Directors! 🎉

Dr. Murray brings extensive leadership, governance, and policy experience to the role. She served nine years on the Missouri State Board of Nursing, including three years as President, and currently serves as President of the Friends of the National Institute of Nursing Research. Her leadership has also helped shape nursing practice and education policy at the state and national levels.

“Continuing on the Board allows me to help sustain the Academy’s momentum while supporting the future growth of the organization,” said Dr. Murray. “I bring a deep commitment to inclusive leadership, public health, policy, and organizational stewardship, and I look forward to advancing work that keeps equity and excellence at the center of the Academy’s mission.”
