"I decided to become a member of MAWD because I believe strongly in the importance of workforce development and the power of connecting with others who are working toward the same goal.

In my role at Business and Industry Training, I see every day how important it is for businesses, educators, workforce organizations, and community leaders to work together to build a skilled and prepared workforce. MAWD provides an opportunity to learn from other workforce professionals, share ideas, build relationships, and stay connected to the challenges and opportunities impacting workforce development.

I also joined because I want to continue growing professionally and bring new ideas and resources back to BIT and the employers and students we serve. I believe some of the best solutions come from collaboration and learning from the experiences of others.

For me, MAWD is more than a membership. It is an opportunity to connect, learn, contribute, and help strengthen workforce development across our region and beyond."

She always seeks out vital information and shares it openly with her team, knowing their success depends on the tools and knowledge she provides. Working with employers is a priority for her job center. They have proven that working with employers helps create opportunities for their job seekers. Job Seekers, Partner Staff and Employers are thankful for the Lebanon Job Center and the opportunities they create. "I work with the RESEA team and collaborate closely with the staff at KC FEC, as we often assist the same customers. Luereatha consistently demonstrates exceptional communication skills and is always incredibly helpful when I have customers visiting the job center with questions about their RESEA appointments.
