Does your veteran organization host morning coffees?

There are several veteran organizations across Missouri that host a morning coffee gathering. A social coffee outing is more than a caffeine fix—it’s a holistic wellness practice. It combines mental health benefits from social bonding and stress relief, cognitive stimulation from both caffeine and conversation, stronger relationships, and even physiological advantages tied to moderate coffee consumption and immune support.

Ask your veteran organization today if they host a morning coffee gathering. If they do, make plans to attend.
