The Step Up to Leadership Class is a FREE, 12-week VIRTUAL course is designed to give you leadership skills to follow your passions and make a difference in our community! Each session is 2 hours long and begins the week of June 15th through August 31st. Selected participants will be from Boone, Callaway, Cole, Cooper, Howard, Moniteau and Osage counties.

Participants are:

People who want to take on the challenge of leadership
People with a passion, who want to make a difference in their communities
People who are willing to assume the responsibilities of board membership
People who want to feel more competent, knowledgeable, and effective in a board setting
There are income guidelines however anyone who may be interested is welcome to apply. Applications will be reviewed for consistency with CMCA’s mission and values. *Application deadline is June 3rd.

We are excited to partner once again with the Osage County Health Department to offer free Child & Babysitting Safety Classes!

Participants will gain the skills and confidence to get started with their own babysitting business while learning how to work effectively with children and their families. The class also covers essential safety topics, including CPR, First Aid, and more.
