The Smile Brigade definitely worked! Thank you to Hy-Vee for delivering these special balloons for our guys and thank you to everyone that suggested Capitol Projects for this opportunity. We are so grateful and happy!💙

2026 United Way Day of Caring! Capitol Projects was thrilled to host 2 wonderful volunteers last week, thanks to United Way of Central Missouri. We are so grateful to have opportunities like this in our community!💙

YOU SPOKE. WE LISTENED. NOW LET’S MAKE SOME SMILES!

Capitol Projects is our next Smile Brigade recipient, and we’re ready to shower them with balloon bouquets and Growl Pals!

Through September 6, you can donate at ANY register, starting at just $1. Every dollar gets us closer to making this surprise BIG!

Let’s show Capitol Projects what our community can do!

We are sharing this to spread the word, and hopefully get support for a wonderful opportunity for Capitol Projects. If you guys would like to comment on the shared post to nominate our organization for proceeds from this event, we would be so grateful!!

We’re doing something a little different for year 10. ❤️

Over the years, Holiday Mart JC has raised more than $60,000 for local organizations, and this year we’re hoping to make our biggest impact yet.

But first, we need your help.

Who should Holiday Mart JC support in 2026?

Drop the name of a local nonprofit or charitable organization in the comments below. We’ll take your nominations, narrow them down to three finalists, and then let the community vote on the final recipient.

And just for a little extra fun, we’ll randomly choose one person who comments to receive free tickets to Holiday Mart JC. 🎟️

There are so many incredible organizations doing good work in Mid-Missouri, and we can’t wait to see who you nominate.
