🌟 A MOMENT WORTH CELEBRATING! 🌟

The Forever Oshaun Foundation is incredibly proud to congratulate our Founder, Ms. Demetra Smith, on being selected to participate in the National Solutions Summit 2026 in Boston, Massachusetts! 🖤✨

Hosted at Boston University, this powerful gathering brings together leaders from across the nation through the Mothers Against Violence (MAV) Learning Community and Mothers for Justice and Equality.

This year’s theme, “From Stories to Solutions,” brings together 37 changemakers from 15 states across three learning communities who are committed to turning lived experiences into action, healing, leadership, and meaningful systems change.

Ms. Smith’s selection is more than an honor — it is a reflection of her continued commitment to advocacy, healing, community empowerment, and creating safer communities for future generations.

We are proud to see her voice, her vision, and the mission of the Forever Oshaun Foundation represented on a national platform. 🇺🇸

Congratulations, Ms. Smith! Your story matters. Your leadership matters. And the work you are doing to turn pain into purpose and stories into solutions is making an impact far beyond our community. ❤️

🧡 National Day of Remembrance | September 25, 2026 🧡

Today, we pause to remember the children whose lives were taken far too soon and to stand beside the parents and families who are left to carry an unimaginable loss.

Their children may no longer have a voice, but their stories, their lives, and their memories deserve to be remembered. As parents, families, friends, and communities, we have a responsibility to speak their names, honor their lives, and continue to seek justice on their behalf.

Today, we remember the children.
Today, we honor their families.
Today, we stand together against violence.

🕯️ Gone from our sight, but never forgotten.
🧡 Forever remembered. Forever loved.

To every family who registered, every child who came out ready to skate, and every supporter who showed up and showed love…THANK YOU!

Also a huge THANK YOU goes out to our amazing volunteers, sponsors, donors, community partners, and everyone who donated their time, resources, and talents. Your generosity helped us create an event filled with fun, food, music, skating, and giveaways for our young people.

We are truly grateful for each and every one of you!
