Acadiana YHEC Friends and Supporters, we need your help!

Our 3rd Annual Acadiana Y.H.E.C. Hunting & Fishing Banquet is coming up on Saturday, August 29th, 2026, and we’re gearing up for an incredible night of food, raffles, auctions, and celebrating the next generation of safe, responsible hunters.

This event is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, and we’re currently seeking donations and sponsorships to help make it a success. Items such as fi***rms, knives, outdoor cooking equipment, local artwork, decoys, fishing gear, jewelry, and gift certificates are all greatly appreciated and help us raise funds for am******on, supplies, and training materials for our youth.

If you or your business would like to donate an item or sponsor a table or purchase an underwriting sponsorship, please reach out. Your support directly impacts boys and girls across Acadiana who are learning safe, responsible outdoor skills through our program.

We’re excited to invite everyone to the 3rd Annual Acadiana Y.H.E.C. Hunting & Fishing Banquet on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at the Bayou Bend Conference Center in Franklin!

This banquet is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. Every dollar raised helps support the young boys and girls in our Acadiana YHEC program by covering the cost of am******on, supplies, and instructional materials. Your support directly impacts youth hunter education in our community.
