Today the Kent County 4-H members met to make and deliver Christmas gifts to some of our community members in Jayton!

Afterwards they competed in building gingerbread houses!

Kent County 4-H has some of the best youth anywhere around!

We’re inviting all of our Kent County 4-Hers to come out and join us as we pack and deliver goodies to some of our locals while celebrating the end of a great year at our Christmas party!

Meet us at the Community Center on December 14th at 2 PM and bring your favorite finger food! 🎄💚

Couple Reminders about Rabbits!

Validation will be this Sunday December 7th 2pm at the JGISD Ag shop.

Also if you ordered rabbits from Angela Arthur or Brandon they will be delivered today.
Please meet Brandon at the Square in Jayton at 8pm. Rabbits will be $65/ each please bring money to the courthouse today or have it at the time of delivery!

Kent County 4-H had a great day at the District 3 4-H Food Show and Food Challenge contests!
Big thank you to JGISD and Justin Gibson for providing transportation for our 16 4-H members to contest in Wichita Falls.

Camryn Arnold Placed 2nd in Food Show Senior Healthy Desert category!

Junior team of Carter Bezner, Ivy Chisum, Brawnson Miller and Nash Long placed 2nd in Food Challenge!

Senior team of Maquinna Branham, Camryn Arnold, Ella Long and Kaden Carter placed 1st in Food Challenge and are ADVANCING TO STATE!!!

Congratulations to all 4-H members who attended and to all the volunteers and parents that make this happen!
