🏀📣 CAA SEASON UPDATE! 📣🏀

The numbers are looking better and better each day, and we cannot wait to get this season kicked off! 🙌🔥 We’re excited about another GREAT turnout so far and are looking forward to another GREAT year at CAA!

As registration continues, here’s a friendly reminder of our basketball divisions and what to expect this season:

🏀 PRE-TRAINING LEAGUE (PTL)
K–1st Grade | Ages 5–6 | *CO-ED*
Our beginner division focuses on learning the fundamentals of basketball while still getting the experience of playing fun, competitive games!
• 9ft Goals
• Size 5 Basketball

🏀 TRAINING LEAGUE (TL)
2nd–3rd Grade | Ages 7–8
• 9ft Goals
• Size 5 Basketball

🏀 JUNIOR VARSITY (JV)
4th–5th Grade | Ages 9–10
• 9ft Goals
• Size 6 Basketball

🏀 VARSITY
6th–8th Grade | Ages 11–13
• 10ft Goals
• Size 7 Basketball

📍 PRACTICE LOCATIONS & SCHEDULES

🏀 Basketball practices will be held at the Chumuckla Elementary School Gym in 1-hour time slots. Coaches typically receive two practice slots per week. Coaches may also choose to schedule additional practices on their own outside of their assigned gym times.

📣 Cheer practices will be held directly across the street from the school at the Chumuckla Community Center.

We’re getting closer and closer to the start of the season, and we can’t wait to see everyone back in the gym! 🏀📣🙌

Registration is still OPEN, don’t wait until the last minute!

📣🏀📣 FRIENDLY REGISTRATION REMINDER! 📣🏀📣

The countdown is on! ⏰ We’re getting closer to kicking off another GREAT season at Chumuckla Athletic Association, and we don’t want anyone to miss out!

📣 CHEER REGISTRATION CLOSES OCTOBER 11TH!
🏀 BASKETBALL REGISTRATION CLOSES OCTOBER 24TH!

⚠️ We currently have 20+ registrations still sitting in shopping carts! If you’ve started registering your child, please don’t forget to go back in, complete checkout, and submit payment. Registrations are not complete until checkout has been finalized, and we definitely don’t want any kiddos accidentally left off the list!

💙 If the registration fee is creating a challenge right now, please reach out to us directly! We’re happy to talk with you privately and see what options may be available to help make registration work.

It’s shaping up to be a GREAT season, and we’re getting excited! 🙌 More information will be coming your way over the next week or so regarding basketball tryouts, teams, practices, and more!

🏀📣 BASKETBALL & CHEER REGISTRATION IS OFFICIALLY OPEN! 📣🏀

It’s that time again, and we CAN’T WAIT for another exciting season of Chumuckla Basketball & Cheer! 🧡🖤

📋 REGISTRATION INFO:
🏀 Basketball: Ages 5–13
📣 Cheer: Ages 5–13
📅 Ages are based on the child’s age as of September 1st of the current year.
💰 Registration: $75 per child
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 $5 discount for each additional child
⚠️ Uniforms are NOT included in the registration fee.

📅 SEASON INFO:
Practices will begin around the end of October/first of November, with games running from December through February!

🏀 Basketball and 📣 Cheer practices are typically 2 days per week for approximately 1 hour each practice.

📍 Basketball Practices: Chumuckla Elementary Gym
📍 Cheer Practices: Chumuckla Community Center, directly across the street from the school

⭐ Interested in sponsoring a TEAM? ⭐

We are always looking for local businesses, families, and community members who would like to sponsor our program! Sponsorships help us cover the cost of uniforms for our players, and sponsors will have a banner displayed in the Chumuckla Elementary Gym for the entirety of the season! 🏀🧡

📢 CAA ANNUAL BOARD ELECTIONS MEETING

Our next Chumuckla Athletic Association meeting will be September 14th at 6:30 PM and will serve as our Annual Board Elections Meeting! 🏆

Another great day for Chumuckla Athletic Association and the community we love!💙🏀

Thanks to the incredible support we receive, CAA was able to give back today by providing a catered Sonny’s BBQ lunch for the amazing teachers and staff at Chumuckla Elementary following a successful Meet the Teacher Day!🍗🍽️

We are so thankful for each and every one of our teachers and staff members and everything they do for our students and community. It means so much to us to be able to give back to the same community that continues to support our association and our programs.

Thank you, Chumuckla Elementary, for allowing Chumuckla Athletic Association to be a small part of your day. We appreciate you more than you know, and we’re looking forward to another GREAT year! 💙
