Holy Spirit Ranch is a registered 501-c3 non-profit organization and a ministry based in Jasper, GA USA. All are welcome!

We do a service of teaching and encouraging, time of worship, food drive, supplies giveaway (blankets, clothes, band-aids, toiletries, etc.), prayer, and anything else we feel God wants to share that week.

Jesus described the measure and quality of His love for them as a love that treats servants as friends.

In the relationship between a disciple and his rabbi of that time, it wasn’t expected to be a friendship. Yet Jesus the rabbi called His disciples, His servants friends.

Wherever God leaves life, He leaves hope.

Each dawning day gives mankind hope in fresh mercies and compassions from God. We need a constant supply and God has promised to send them without fail. No matter how bad the past day was, God’s people can look to the new morning with faith and hope.

To give this idea the strongest emphasis, Jesus claimed that this knowledge was reserved for His Father only. If Jesus Himself at least during His earthly ministry did not know this day and hour, it emphasizes the foolishness of any later person making certain predictions regarding the prophetic timetable.

Though the Lord’s longsuffering love for the lost makes it seem that perhaps He delays His coming, the truth is that He will indeed come. And when Jesus does return, He will come at a time that will surprise many (as a thief in the night). The ultimate result of His coming will be a total transformation of this present world (in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat).

Since the day and hour of this coming are unknowable, Jesus’ followers must be on constant guard for His coming.

We must be ready because His coming for us is without warning.

JESUS IS AT HAND! ONLY THE FATHER KNOWS WHEN. BE READY.

Paul went from knowing who God is (our Creator) to who we are (His offspring), to our responsibility before Him (to understand Him and worship Him in truth), to our accountability if we dishonor Him (judgment).

Paul didn’t preach a “soft” gospel. He boldly confronted the wrong ideas the Athenians had about God and confronted them with the reality of coming judgment.

Jesus also promised that before the end, the gospel would go out to the whole world. The persecution, false prophets, and general downgrade of society would not prevent the spread of the gospel.

This is a command, not an option.
Paul wrote that everything is the proper subject of prayer. There are not some areas of our lives that are of no concern to God.

Prayer is a broader word that can mean all of our communication with God, but supplication directly asks God to do something. God already knows our requests before we pray them; yet He will often wait for our participation through prayer before granting that which we request.

We really can be anxious for nothing, pray about everything, and be thankful for anything.

Timothy needed to keep focused on the Word of God because man, by his natural instinct, does not want God’s revelation. He would rather hear what he wants to hear – something to scratch his itching ears.

This reminds us that the most popular teachers are not necessarily the most faithful teachers. We shouldn’t assume a teacher is scratching itching ears just because he is popular, but neither should we assume that he is faithful to God’s Word just because he is popular.

Be reminded.

There will come a time of ultimate restoration and blessing. This latter time will be marked by an outpouring of God's Spirit on all flesh not only selected men at selected times for selected duties.

Here, Joel looked forward to the glorious new covenant, when the Spirit of God would be poured out on all flesh. Why, even your sons and daughters, your old men, and your young men would be filled with the Spirit of God.

This was fulfilled on the day of Pentecost when the disciples gathered in the upper room, waiting in Jerusalem for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit that Jesus promised would come (Acts 1:4-5).

Though men love the darkness and choose the darkness, Satan still works hard to keep them blinded to the glorious gospel of light and salvation in Jesus.

We notice also that it is the minds of the unbelieving that are blinded. Of course, Satan also works on the heart and the emotions of the lost, but his main battleground is the mind.

This is why God has chosen the word to transmit the gospel because the word touches our minds and can touch minds the god of this age has blinded.

PUT YOUR TRUST IN WHO JESUS IS AND WHAT HE DID FOR YOU!

God's mercy and righteousness are aspects of God's character and are true. His anger comes, but slowly and after much mercy has been shown.

Our Story

We are a non-profit organization based in Georgia, USA. We provide a weekly outdoor "Church" Service next to the Fountains in Woodruff Park, Atlanta GA each Sunday at 3pm. We invite everyone if you have time to come and join us every Sunday in worshipping our Creator and Master. We love to give back in our community and spread the love that we experience from the Lord Jesus Christ! All are welcome! We also do mission trips in different countries. You can be part of our organization by helping us through our projects.
