Update on my girl. We have to get a cardiac clearance on Monday. So Haven can have dental surgery on January 25th. She's going to have for five teeth pulled to make room for her big girl teeth.
Are astigmatism is worse unfortunately. So we had to get another prescription for her glasses. They want to see her back in a month to see how she's doing. Haven has a degenerative eye disorder. I'm hoping that it doesn't progress to blindness as she gets older.
We also have a GI appointment coming up to discuss Havens weight and growth.
But when it comes to that I'm actually pretty happy I think she's grown about an inch in the last month and she's gained 3 lb :-) this morning she was sitting at 42 and a half pounds without anything on :-). Her tummy and her intestines are doing great thanks to this new flush for doing it seems to be helping her have an increased appetite. For those of you that don't know we have struggled with Havens appetite her entire life. The only time she's really ever been hungry was when we were on a chemotherapy drug called Megace and she gained a lot of weight really quickly but then she gained too much and we could not keep her on it. Now she is in on no appetite enhancers and seems to be eating just fine :-) everyone cross your fingers that this continues to improve. And pray for good health for her trip to Disney World in February :-) this will be the trip of a lifetime. And I could not thanks The Bert Show and all the people who nominated us enough. I don't think there are any words to express my gratitude to all of these people.

Enjoyed celebrating Lawton Baggs birthday tonight at our meeting. Braylen was a big help blowing out the candles! Our club and our community are so blessed to have Lawton in our lives!!!

Onion orders will be ready for pickup this Monday through Friday from 4:00 to 6:00 Monday-Friday and on Saturday from 9:00 to12:00 at the Pickens High School FFA Building.
