Keep Jasper Beautiful Keep Texas Beautiful affiliate. Our KJB volunteers work to reduce litter, educate, and beautify the city. KJB provides supplies and arranges for disposal.

WE are a Partnership with the City of Jasper, Jasper County, Jasper Master Gardeners, Longleaf Master Naturalists & surrounding communities. KJB hosts cleanup events such as The Great American Cleanup (spring) and Fall Sweep (fall) in which volunteers from the community gather to pick up litter on the roadsides. We partner with the Jasper Master Gardeners and the Longleaf Ridge Master Naturalists

to care for the Jasper Arboretum and teach programs on environmental education. Our goal at our events is to bring multiple community groups and individuals together to make our city a better place to live.

RV TRAVEL IS BIG BUSINESS—AND ITS IMPACT REACHES OUR COMMUNITIES!

The RV industry contributes $159 billion to the U.S. economy and $11 billion right here in Texas. Across our six-county region, its annual economic impact reaches approximately $74 million.

In Jasper County alone, the RV industry generates:

• $18 million in annual economic impact
• $13 million from campgrounds and RV travel
• 105 local jobs
• $7.3 million in wages
• Support for 18 local businesses

These numbers represent more than campsites. RV travelers purchase fuel, enjoy our restaurants, shop with local businesses, visit attractions, launch their boats, fish our waters and often return throughout the year.

When we promote Jasper, Brookeland and Lake Sam Rayburn as an RV destination, we are strengthening tourism, supporting jobs and helping dollars circulate throughout our communities.

A wife lost her husband. Three boys lost their father. Now, a local family needs its community.

A GoFundMe has been established for Monica Pantoja and her sons following the tragic death of Leopoldo “Palo” Pantoja at Lake Sam Rayburn. Donations will help with funeral expenses and daily living costs as the family faces an unimaginable loss.
