As Madi’s momma, I wanted to reach out and personally thank everyone who was a part of our 5th annual Madi’s Day of Hope! Like each year, it’s always such a blessing to see the community come out and celebrate Madi and become a part of her dreams of giving back to children in need. This year was especially important to me as it was her birthday. My sweet Madi’s 23rd. So, thank you all once again for being there to help celebrate and honor her.
To all of the volunteers, vendors, food trucks, bands, sponsors, to our amazing board members and their families, and to Sabrina—our amazing event planner (you did a fabulous job), and members of this amazing community—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I know the rain did arrive in the late afternoon, but I do believe it was still an amazing day.
God bless each and every one of you! Gregg and I can never express how deep our love and appreciation is to all of you.
Additionally, one of the children that we were able to help this year, arrived at the event to show support and to share wonderful news—-free of cancer! This is what it’s all about! Working hard and raising funds to help children who are going through the hardest battles of their lives. We always want to do our part to help them feel supported and loved and in Madi’s words, “bring a smile to their faces”. It was so good to see this family and this child. We pray that he continues to grow stronger each and every day!
We look forward to next year’s 6th annual event! Stay tuned for some new things next year! Can’t wait to do this again in 2026! God bless all of you!
