Big news from the Parkview area — the Parkview Community Fund is officially endowed! 🎉

To become endowed, a fund must raise $50,000 through its own fundraising efforts. Once that threshold is reached, the fund becomes permanent — invested to grow and generate grants for the community forever. Not just for a few years. Forever.

It started with a moment: PCF board member Candace Thompson signing the papers at CFSW back in July 2024. In less than two years, the Parkview community turned that commitment into something permanent.

Congratulations to everyone who gave, advocated, and helped make this happen. The Parkview area now has a philanthropic resource that will be here for generations to come.

What are you hoping the Parkview Community Fund supports next? Drop a comment — we'd love to hear from you.

We have some great news to share. As of today, our Parkview Community Fund has surpassed the $50,000 goal. So we are an official fund that will continually help the Parkview area forever!

THANK YOU to all the donors who made this day possible; we needed every donation to reach this goal. We appreciate you supporting the fund and the Parkview needs. And we hope you continue to support the fund in the future.

A special thanks to all the businesses who supported us!!!

We hope you all have a wonderful holiday season! And don't forget the Parkview Community Fund in your year-end giving!

Well the fundraiser is coming up this Sunday and I hope you are all coming to support the Parkview Community Fund.
Just a reminder to make sure you bring cash. Silent Auction winners can pay for items by credit card, but raffle tickets for meat and baskets need to be purchased with cash.
Also, if you wanted to get any drinks or food, Willowdale's does not take credit cards so you would need cash for that too.
And we have so many great baskets, Silent Auction items, and mystery drawing items. to give you a little peek, there will be gift cards from drafthouse, Eagle Inn, Prime Quarter, and Ding-A-Ling to name a few.
Come and have some fun AND help a great cause!😀

We hope to see a lot of Parkview alumni attend to boost the Parkview Community Fund! Along with the meat raffle, we have some great Silent Auction items, such as: a KitchenAid mixer, a 4-burner grill, a gift certificate from Footville Rock & Lime for up to $250 worth of landscape material, a Brewers Basket, a Carhartt basket, and much more. We have plenty of raffle baskets too. The raffle is Sunday, November 16th, so you can start your holiday shopping and also contribute to the Community Fund! I’ll be sharing pictures of the various baskets as we get closer to the event; keep an eye out!

Please join us for our PCF fundraiser on Sunday, November 16th.
