On ๐—”๐˜‚๐—ด๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜ ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฐ, RVCP hosted an interactive Reentry Simulation at Blackhawk Technical College to help participants better understand the challenges individuals may face when returning to the community after incarceration.

Participants navigated responsibilities involving employment, housing, transportation, identification, supervision requirements, treatment, and other essential needs. The experience demonstrated how these interconnected barriers can make rebuilding oneโ€™s life especially difficult.

We sincerely thank everyone who attended, along with the staff, volunteers, peers, and community partners who contributed their time, talents, and energy. As event facilitator Sharon Nouansacksy emphasized, the dedication and collaboration of everyone involved are what bring the simulation to life and make it successful.
