New West Heritage Riders - NWHR

New West Heritage Riders - NWHR Group of women who love socializing and riding their horses. We are a mounted precision drill team with a patriotic theme. We follow routines set to music.

THE NEW WEST HERITAGE RIDERS

We are women over 14 years of age, and "young enough" to ride a horse. We live near the Jamestown, ND area. During the late spring, summer and fall months we try to meet weekly, usually in Jamestown, ND. We have Thursday evening practices and get-to-gethers. Our events generally include weekend Parades, occasional weekend performances, and for "other fun" we attend oc

casional trail rides and potluck. During the winter months, we are less active, but occasionally we may do a cold weather parade, indoor performance, have a meeting, on foot practices, annual club banquet, or just a fun get-to-gether. Dues is just $10.00 annually. There are clothing requirements for belt, jeans, jacket, boots, hat, gloves, and a flag boot is required. However, many pieces of our costume requirements are provided by our club and sponsors.
