Christmas Sign Ups!!

These are the dates and times for our Christmas sign ups. These are for both Christmas meal baskets, as well as toys for children, 12 and under as of Christmas Day.

Please ensure that you bring all required documents, which include:

- Proof of all household members:
Photo IDs for adults, medical or insurance cards for anyone under 18, proof of custody

- Proof of all household income:
Pay stubs, snap or DSS statements, unemployment, child support, and any other monthly income

- Proof of all household expenses:
All utility bills, loan payments, rent receipts, insurance payments

What are we doing today? We are continuing our planning for the upcoming 2027 Family, School and Community Connections Symposium and Brocton Central School Rural Mobile Medical Unit Health and Wellness Event scheduled for March 12, 2027 at Brocton School! (Brocton NY) - - - This year we are focusing on our children and have some great speakers/presenters lined up to share information with you and assist you in any way they can with ensuring your child(ren) has opportunities that are boundless, health assistance that will ensure they have a fulfilling life, and guidance with behavioral. social and mental health issues!

We are focused are ensuring our children have the life they want - the supports they want and need - and we want to be a catalyst for change in the way our children are heard, their voices are shared, their thoughts, hopes and dreams are acknowledged and built upon!

Come join us, Friday March 12, 2027 for the 9th annual symposium - the event is always free, just bring your lunch money for the food trucks that will be on site to fill your hungry tummies! Last year we had 89 providers on site, various medical, dental, vision, hearing and other specialists on site to offer free services and lots of lectures that addressed veterans issues, elder law and issues and a myriad of other topics! The 2026 Symposium assisted 429 people in seven hours! WE do a lot of work in a short amount of time, and we hope that all we are able to do, assists our rural families and youth!
