ARCAT will now begin to solicit donations from the public so that it may bring to fruition a program designed to battle unemployment here in Tennessee.
This program is called 'A WAY THERE' and will address one of the biggest problems facing unemployment here which is having the capability to get to work.There are countless reasons why people can't get to work dye to transportation issues such as not having drivers licenses or not having a vehicle, that keep many of those that would work from working.It could be an issue with not having enough gas money to get to work with until the first paycheck was received or the distance to work is to far of a distance to travel everyday in order to work.This program will target those underlying reasons in order to provide for employment possibility for many who would work if getting there was a possibility or having enough upfront money to cover housing until paychecks were coming in were possible.
In many parts of Tennessee work is available 45 minutes or an hour away from most rural towns which does prevent countless from working.
This problem is so obvious that I can't believe it hasn't been addressed on a large scale already.Transportation to work for rural Tennesseans would in of itself affect the unemployment statistics of Tennessee on such a drastic scale that it could not be denied after a 1 year run time as the data would be compiled from the beginning of its introduction til the end of a one year run time.There is no statistical data, for those in government positions who are in charge of such things,to make any kind of informed decision on to bring a program such as this onto a state wide basis but that does not mean that the public at large cannot stand on its own feet and do something that would effect change that the public separately yearns for.
This is the main reason behind ARCAT.Giving ordinary people a way to do things that will help their fellow man without oversite and red tape that stops many good ideas from coming to fruition.
A REAL CHANCE AT TOMORROW IS WHAT MANY NEED IN THESE DAYS AND TIMES IN ORDER TO LEAD SUCESSFUL LIVES AND MAINTAIN STABILITY IN THEIR LIVES.SO WHAT DOES IT TAKE FOR GOOD MEN AND WOMEN TO STAND UP AND DO SOMETHING SELFLESS FOR THEIR WORLD?
WHAT IS DOESNT TAKE IS PERMISSION!
