This free community event is designed to bring people together, encourage active transportation, and promote healthier, more connected communities.

Participants will walk from either Jamestown High School or Falconer High School to JCC, where they'll enjoy a Health, Wellness & Career Fair featuring local organizations, community resources, career opportunities, refreshments, guest speakers, and more.

Walk, run, connect, and explore local opportunities at the Jamestown-Falconer Health Connection! Open to all ages, free refreshments, volunteer hours for students, and a Health, Wellness & Career Fair at JCC. Register today! 👟🎉

Choose from two approximately 1.75-mile walk/run routes starting from either Jamestown High School or Falconer High School at 3:45 PM. Both routes will finish at Jamestown Community College, where participants can enjoy:

✅ Volunteer hour opportunities for students
