🏆 TSCC TAKES ON TOKENEKE 🧡🔥

The New England Regional Road Race Championship gave us racing, chaos, laughs and a CHAMPION. 😂

🥇 JAY TROJAN — 65+ NEW ENGLAND REGIONAL ROAD RACE CHAMPION! 🏆

Jay showed up, lined up ON TIME 😂 and did what Jay does best — WIN.

Now for the rest of TSCC…

😴 Abraham: No dinner. Bed at 4AM. Up at 6AM. At least he got a decent breakfast in, but shockingly… he was HUNGRY during the race. 😂

Then things got interesting.

⏰ The Cat 3/4 race started about 5 MINUTES EARLY.

Abe heard and saw the field taking off and went into panic mode. He SPRINTED out of the parking lot — no race number, no bike computer — chased the field down and somehow got himself into the race. 💀😂

Jimmy Davey missed the same 3/4 start and wasn’t as lucky. Thankfully, the race director worked with him and allowed him to race the Cat 4/5 later. 🙌

⏱️ Loso actually showed up to Davian’s house RIGHT ON TIME at 6:20AM. We’re still investigating this historic moment. 😂

🤖 Mike Clark let his self-driving car handle the trip to Connecticut. Apparently even the TSCC cars are doing endurance events now.

And somewhere in all this madness… we won a Podium. 😂🏆

So basically:

🏆 One New England Champion
😴 Two hours of sleep
🍽️ One missing dinner and breakfast
🏃 One parking-lot chase
🚫 Two missed starts
🤖 One self-driving car
😂 One completely normal TSCC race day

Wouldn’t have it any other way. 🧡

​Yesterday was an absolute masterclass in team tactics! 🚲💨

​A Race Domination:
• Early moves, solo bridges, and pure teamwork set the pace.
• Flawless lead-out into the final sprint!
🥇 Mike Clarke — Champion
🥈 A.B. H-S — 2nd Place
🔥 Leon — 4th Place
3 in the Top 4!

​B Race Grit:
• Caitlin Mahoney fought through a Lap 1 puncture and a massive field for an incredible finish!

🔥 6th Overall | 🥇 1st Woman
​Everybody sees the podium, but it’s the lead-outs, control, and trust that put us there.

🚨 TSCC RACE RECAP: NBX x RR Ninigret Championships 🚨

Yesterday wasn’t just about standing on the podium. It was an absolute masterclass in team tactics. When we say we ride as a family, this is exactly what it looks like on the tarmac.

🔥 THE A RACE: Pure Domination
From lap one, the pace was punishing. Attacks were flying, but TSCC had the numbers and the discipline to control the board.

• The Break: Abe marked the early dangerous move perfectly. Seeing the gap, Mike Clarke launched a massive solo bridge to get across, putting two of our heavy hitters up the road before the halfway mark.
• The Engine: Leon put in an unbelievable shift. He bridged across, dragged back a 30-second solo flyer from Lucas, and actively coached Jimmy in the middle of the chaos—all while holding on for 4th overall. That is what true leadership looks like.
• The Enforcers: Back in the peloton, Steve and the legendary Roos locked things down, working the pack and keeping TSCC fully represented.
• The Finale: With 3 laps to go, the break was caught. But this is exactly what we practice for. The squad formed up, delivered a flawless lead-out into the final straight, and completely took over the sprint.

🔥 Leon — 4th Place

Three TSCC riders in the Top 4. That doesn't happen by accident; it happens through trust.

⚡ THE B RACE: Pure Grit
Caitlin Mahoney nearly had her night derailed on Lap 1 with a tire puncture. The sealant did its job, held air, and she refused to back down. The B field was massive and punchy, but when a late solo move went up the road, the peloton reeled it back for a sprint finish.

Caitlin fought through the chaotic final corner and delivered a massive result:
🔥 6th Overall
🥇 1st Woman

Everybody sees the podium photos. But what actually matters is the work, the lead-outs, the peloton control, and the resilience that puts our riders on those steps.

TSCC RIDE RECAP: Mimi & Pop’s Appreciation Ride 🚨

This is exactly what a TSCC Sunday is supposed to look like. 🧡🔥

We rolled out with one goal — show some love to a local spot that continues to show love to us and the cycling community.

The miles were good, the laughs were loud, and the post-ride vibes were even better.

But the miles are only half the fun. We are wrapping up the evening the right way by treating ourselves to some incredible Colombian ice cream mixes and traditional staples.
