I am honored to be a guest on the Kindness for Kidneys support group stage. 🙏🏽💚

What an honor it is to welcome Dawn Lowery-Dawson to our support group stage this Sunday. Dawn is the Lead Patient Navigator for Atlantic Dialysis Management Services. She is a kidney transplant recipient who is also a caregiver for her husband who is on dialysis. Come out and hear how she manages this unique role of being a warrior and caregiver. All are welcome!
