Father’s Day Highlights at Highland Church. We are grateful for a beautiful Father’s Day celebration at Highland Church. A special thank you to the Evangelism Ministry for hosting the refreshments and helping serve our fathers and congregation with love and care.

Join us at Highland Church on Wednesday, June 24th at 7:00 PM as we welcome Guest Pastor David S.H. Jackson.

Pastor Jackson has served in ministry since his youth and is the Senior Pastor of Cocoyea Open Bible Church in Trinidad & Tobago. He is also a licensed minister, a medical doctor by profession, a trained teacher with the Ministry of Education, and the Director of the Married Couples Ministry at Cocoyea Open Bible Church.

With a heart to teach the Word of God clearly and practically, Pastor Jackson is passionate about helping people understand Scripture and apply it to their lives.

Come expecting a meaningful time of ministry and encouragement.

Happy Father's Day! May the love of our Heavenly Father fill you with peace, joy, and assurance today and always.

Today we honor and celebrate fathers for their love, sacrifice, guidance, and unwavering support. Fathers play a vital role in shaping lives, reflecting God's care, protection, and faithfulness.

The Bible reminds us:
"As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him."— Psalm 103:13

To every father, grandfather, stepfather, mentor, and spiritual father, thank you for the difference you make. May God strengthen you, bless you, and fill you with wisdom as you lead and love those entrusted to your care.

We also recognize that Father's Day can be difficult for some. Some have lost their fathers, experienced broken relationships, or never knew a father's love. If that is your story, take comfort in the promise of God's Word:

"A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in His holy dwelling."— Psalm 68:5

Our Heavenly Father knows your heart, sees your needs, and loves you with an everlasting love. He will never leave you nor forsake you. In Him, we find comfort, acceptance, healing, and hope.
